BE-dataHIVE is a project that aims to harmonize, enhance and improve base editing data availablility for
practicioners and bioinformaticians. The database covers currently 5 studies with around 450,000 data
points. Additional energy terms as well as melting temperatures were added to the database. The data can be viewed online under the corresponding tabs as well as filtered by predefined criteria. An API interface
and
Python library is also available.
